Update 1.01 is UP!

I made this topic to let people know about the Update (currently on the PS3 only), and to report any problems post update.

Suggestions will be added or deleted from the sticky topic if they got fix with this update.

Anyways, PS3 ver Update is 772mb, soon on 360 with aprox the same size.

So please report any issues or fix after the Update in here to keep a log if possible.

Update 1.01 Change log:

- You can press Square now to invite a friend. (!)
- People you have fought appear in PLAYER MET now. (!)
- Menus are faster. (?)
- FRIENDS MATCH appears now in the Online section (no need to go through XMB method, but is still there PS3 ver that is)
- Installation is not OPTIONAL ANYMORE, the Patch technically is the Installation of the game, try to install the game and it will prop you that it's not necessary to install since the patch has the installation in it, that is the reason it's 772 mbs. (!)
- Netcode is BETTER, yet NOT PERFECT, we aren't sure if the dedicated servers are up already or not, so we will have to wait till then to know if the patch fix the lag with the dedicated servers. (?)

Is the same size as the installation, but I doubt they will upload all the installation again as a patch, I will check if it adds or stays the same.

I tried playing a few... has anyone noticed anything new besides Friend's matches? its the only thing different i saw.. and the lag is still a problem for me atm.

But did the guys you play already downloaded the patch? I notice that you can press Square to invite friends now. Also the people I tried to fought appear in my PLAYER MET now. Menues seem faster now too.

yea but have all the people your playing downloaded the patch also? i really hope this patch helps get alleviates some of the lag.

Yeah, there is still is, but way less than before. Also we don't know if the DEDICATED SERVERS are up or not, so we have to wait for official word.

well we should know if there dedicated servers are up by the 28th because thats the offical release date for the US.
