I wanted this game ever since I saw this awhile back. Would never of though Ignition would be bring it here. I thought XSeed was bringing it here? Unless it's a partnership?

It's a very recent change. Like today was when they announced it.

A feather in the cap of Shane Bettenhausen perhaps?
Anyway nice to see this quality Wii title (of which there are too few of lately) has a publisher.

Speaking of Shane, he says this.
The Lux-Pain localization situation (that occurred before my time) will have absolutely no impact on Muramasa. I believe that you’ll be pleased with how this one is handled. - Shane Bettenhausen, Ignition
Odin Sphere's localization by Atlus looked real good. I hope Ignition can do the same with this, as Murasama is a title I'm interested in too.

I want this game so bad. And that's pretty good since there are like no other Wii games to look forward to right now (other than No More Heroes Desperate Struggle).

After watching the preview videos on Gametrailers, I have to say I'm extremely excited about this game. The art is absolutely fabulous, and from what I could hear, the soundtrack will be splendid as well. I hope the gameplay turns out to be a much fun as it looks.
I also hope that this game will serve notice to other developers that 2D is still a viable medium.

I LOVED Odin Sphere, so I am super excited to play Musamasa. The art direction is beautiful. I love the bold colors!
@Capt_Commando - I really like your wallpaper. It actually inspired me to make some of my own (although, I normally do PSP wallpapers, so I'm not used to such a big canvas to work on...). ^_^

Will this game be in 480p ?
To answer your question. Merry Christmas!
"The animators painstakingly created almost every single item in the game to evoke a world that is two parts fantasy and one part Sengoku period Japan. Videos of this Wii exclusive don't do the game justice; you have to see it running in 480p widescreen to get the full experience. The game runs silky smooth, with none of the slowdown of Vanillaware's previous action title Odin Sphere."
