I too believe you should. If you have a Wii then I recommend that version as the aiming is much better with the wiimote and it has all the PS2 extras.

Sold my Gamecube long ago and I have no Wii. PS2 RE4 or nothing for me.

I dunno if it was mentioned here or not but the Japanese Playstation 3 Home has an area devoted to this game there. It's based after the village part of the game.
