Coming in 2010 but man I'd knew they would change Wolverine up. But he dosent resemble him at all it's like they tried to Bishounen him out. I'll watch it though, hoping to see Silver Samurai eventually.

That was so... *mind explodes*
That looked awful. I'm all for a Wolverine anime, but can that really be called such? I was totally expecting something awesome dealing with The Hand and Silver Samurai and tons of epic crazy cool stuff because Wolverine's time spent in Japan has always been interesting.
I'll be passing on that thing. *goes about picking his exploded mind up*

That's pretty bad... he barely passes for a secondary character. I can't believe Madhouse made him look like that. Big WTF.

Everbody is popping that same reaction everywhere. It looks fine to me. Maybe that's what they thought the best anime representation would look like. They could've went the 100% old school samurai with no claws but then it wouldn't be Wolverine but it would play into his before Weapon X days though. I guess in this case there is no right or wrong here.

The question is though did Wolverine meet Lady Deathstrike and Silver Samurai before his days within the Weapon X Program?

Well, sorry if I'm going off-topic about the Wolverine Anime and X-Men, but Marvel Comics and Studio Madhouse are working on an Anime based off of Iron Man as well:

I'm going to guess that the Iron Man Anime will premiere in 2010 to promote the release of the movie Iron Man 2.
On-Topic: The wolverine design has got to be the best design for any Japanese Wolverine ever, I'd like to watch the anime when it premieres in America, but I'd watch it subbed when it premieres in Japan (Same goes for the Iron Man anime).

You have got to be shitting me. This design is horrible. He's just a generic long haired pretty boy. He looks terrible, and nothing like Wolverine at all save for the claws. Leave it to Japan to take a shit on TIMELESS American comic book characters.
Has for Mangaverse... hell no, that was crap.
The IronMan anime on the other hand, looks leagues better, it actually looks like a comic book in motion.

It was, but atleast he looked like he was wolverine. I was mad at the fact that johnny storm was a girl there.
Man, how come my boy hulk can't get some cool anime treatment.
Garbage garbage garbage
Thanks Japan for turning Wolverine into a generic piece of shit. He looks nothing like wolverine. Also, sup with the demons?
It seems like they put Logan into a very generic anime. Leave it to japan to shit out something as horrible as this. Japan lost it's touch years ago when it came to quality with animation.
This is going to be awful.
Anyone who actually likes this design is a fucking idiot and needs to question why the fuck they like the things they do. More than likely only because it comes from Japan. How pathetic.
